STEP 1

Start by clicking on new component from assemble drop down button. And then name the component Handle. After that click on create and select cylinder. Then select the front plane and start from the origin and sketch 28 mm diameter circle and extrude 100 mm length cylinder.

STEP 2

Click the C on the keyboard for center circle and select the back plane. And then select the left edge of the circle and make 6 mm circle. And the click E for extrude and then select cut and make the distance -75mm. and then select pattern from create drop down button and select again circular pattern and then select the extruded part, full, six patterns and then ok to apply.Select fillet and then select six external edges and type 10mm for the distance then click ok.

STEP 3

Select the YZ plane and right click and create sketch. Then select the ellipse tool from the sketch. Then sketch 6mm diameter and 21mm length ellipse on the handle. Then select revolve tool and then select the ellipse and Z axis, operation to cut and 360 degree.Click H for hole then select the front face and make 50mm hole in the center. and the width of the hole 7mm.

STEP 4

Activate the handle component and create new component. Then select extrude and the hole and give a distance of 150mm.Select new component and new body and extrude 10mm in the tip. And then right click on the YZ plane and create sketch. And then select three point arc from sketch drop down list. Make points and then extrude. Then select mirror and then extrude from the timeline and XZ plane for mid plane.
